Are you big on touch, deep conversations, and sharing spiritual practices like meditation, chanting, or yoga, etc.? l love the language of touch and the embrace of connection - hugs, holding hands, partner massage, listening, supporting.

I dive into everything: ancient wisdom to human potential, drumming to cosmic rhythms, quantum science to nonduality.
Do regenerative models turn you on? I explore money beyond capitalism, non-extractive economies, and relationships vs. transactions. I am hopeful as alternative models are being birthed.

Do you prefer intimate social interactions? Do you naturally plan activities for you and your partner? I love music festivals, poetry readings, dancing, song circles, drumming, art classes, pickleball, yoga … and I am always up for suggestions!
Do you live a materially simple life? Are you tidy and anti-clutter? I’m not quite a minimalist, but close. I live within my means. My splurges are mostly from being a foodie and getting the experiences I want. Enjoying life, and the people I am with, is more important than where I am or what I have.
Do you support your vitality and longevity? I like medicine that addresses root causes. I believe in the basics; whole food (ideally some we grow), energy-based practices, and movement.
Do you weave art into your life, personal style, and surroundings? I express myself through singing, drumming, and dancing. I am inspired and nourished by others' creativity. Sharing music, touch, art and film with my partner totally lights me up.
Are you free from fixed agendas and right/wrong thinking? I believe the polarity in conflict makes solutions impossible. Instead, I hold opposite views in tension – paradox and nuance, rather than platitudes.
Are you a romantic, chivalrous man? I love a hand to hold, an arm to lean on, and to be dropped love notes. I am full of romantic surprises.

I am moved by many kinds of music, jazz, world, folk, rock, classical, indie, chants, downtempo, electronic - I love to spend an evening just exploring genres or listening to an album though I've moved too much to own a record player. I would be happy to return to analog as there is excessive digital remastering that doesn't enhance the originals. If I am listening to live music, mostly I am dancing or at least moving my body to the beat unless it is super mellow.
