Plantbased over 23 years, I'm not an activist for anything; very laid back and easy to get on with.

Never married (three quality long term relationships spanning 25 years), single, no children.

Religion: None, only truth, face to face honest and open communication always.

Diet: 90:10 raw (high fruit diet) and eat consciously for health benefits. I occasionally incorporate water fasting and intermittent fasting into my lifestyle.
I don't get hungry, can be without food in excess of 3 days.

Favourite food: Anything wholefood plant based, usually salad with hemp oil. I like dark chocolate!
Big fan of most cuisine around the world, especially Indian and Nepalese.

Not against cannabis or alcohol, as they have their benefits in specific ways. I'm "Hempathetic" :)

Hobbies include: Exercise; inline skating, movement, handstands, calisthenics, wakeboarding, walking, hiking, bike riding, swimming, kayaking.
Languages: Learning Portuguese, Polish.

Other Hobbies: Plant Medicine, Computer work, Outdoor survival, Listening to Philosophy lectures, Dog petting, Sunbathing.

Work: I work in areas of Internet Marketing, Coder, Voice Over Actor; meaning that I am fully geographically independent.

Favourite animals: All, but especially Doggies.

Pets: Currently I have 3 pet swans (1 Cignet), and one pet squirrel which all live wild. (see Media tab additional photos).

Drinks: Hot water, light herbal teas, chaga tea. No coffee or dark tea.
High quality plant milks.
