I am a creative and deep thinker passionate consciousness development/expansion, the beauty of nature, openness, and heart connections. I truly embody an artist and am so grateful to the universe for gifting me with so many creative talents. I love connected and compassionate conversations just as much as silence and simply being. Nature is very important to me, and I love being in the forest, in the water, by a volcano, or in a cave. I really thrive in natural environments, though I live in the middle of a big city.

I have a background in Irish-Celtic shamanism and do Dr. Joe Dispenza's work every day. I have a deep connection to the spirit world, and although I can be rational and logical, I allow myself to embrace ideas beyond my current understanding and am willing to explore new realms of reality. Politically, I am liberal but not left-wing. I believe in science, but I also believe in the natural healing abilities of the human body, mind, and nature. I believe in masculine and feminine energies, but not in gender roles. I believe in a higher power (of which we are all a part), but not in religion. I believe that war is entirely avoidable, and peace is possible. I believe that every person essentially wants the same thing – peace, security, happiness, love, and connection. I have been living in Berlin (and Germany) for almost 16 years with my four beautiful cats, who are the embodiment of unconditional love. I can be incredibly funny and just as serious. I am grateful for every breath I take.

I allow the divine impulses from the source of creation to flow through me as I celebrate the gift of life in everything I do and with everyone I meet.

Nature's wonders bring me deep joy. If there is a rainbow, you bet your bottom dollar that I am stopping whatever I am doing and will be staring at it, taking it all in, for its duration. There's something magical and deeply profound about rainbows: conditions must be just right, they are breathtakingly gorgeous, and they are fleeting, which makes each viewing that much more special. The same goes for sunrises and sets, amazing cloud formations, the northern lights, visitations from birds and other animals, smiles from babies passing by on the city sidewalk, my cats getting the zoomies - all these bursts of energy, beauty, and joy.. The ever-moving nature of nature and that in order to truly enjoy the amazingness of each moment, you have to be present.
